dev-util/ghidra-mcp-bin: install the scripts under USE=scripts, revbump

Upstream's release archive holds the extension alone, while the repository also
carries 67 Ghidra scripts. They are fetched from the repository and installed
into the module's own ghidra_scripts directory, which Ghidra offers in the
Script Manager.
