new (hard-masked) ebuilds: Anthropic Claude Code CLI + Claude Desktop (amd64)

- dev-util/claude-code-bin-2.1.201: single native binary from
downloads.claude.ai/claude-code-releases/<ver>/linux-x64/claude, installed
to /opt/claude-code/bin/claude + /usr/bin/claude symlink.
- dev-util/claude-desktop-bin-1.18286.0: repackage of Anthropic apt .deb
(unpacker eclass), /usr tree installed verbatim, chrome-sandbox setuid.
- licenses/Anthropic-Claude-Terms: proprietary-terms pointer (Anthropic PBC).
- profiles/package.mask: both hard-masked (opt-in only), proprietary + the
desktop app is Anthropic Linux beta.
Manifests generated from the verified upstream artifacts (CLI SHA256 matches
Anthropic manifest.json; .deb SHA256 matches the apt Packages index).
