Fix antigravity-bin desktop file installation and execution path

The Antigravity desktop file was not being correctly installed, and its `Exec` path incorrectly pointed to `/usr/bin/antigravity` instead of `/opt/bin/antigravity` where the symlink actually resides.

This change does three things:
1. Fixes the `Exec` path in `files/antigravity-bin.desktop` to use `/opt/bin/antigravity`.
2. Updates the current ebuild to `inherit desktop` and use `domenu` to install the desktop file.
3. Patches the github actions workflow (`dev-util-antigravity-bin-update.yaml`) to ensure that all future generated ebuilds will also `inherit desktop` and use `domenu` to correctly install the file on subsequent updates.

Fix dev-util/antigravity-bin SRC_URI escaping

The generated ebuild was writing `\$.tar.gz` to the `SRC_URI`, which
caused Portage to literally download the file named `$.tar.gz` and fail
checksum verification because `$` was not evaluated.

This commit fixes the ebuild generator in `.github/workflows/dev-util-antigravity-bin-update.yaml`,
fixes the currently broken ebuild, and cleans up the resulting bad `Manifest` entries.
