dev-ruby/cvss-suite-5.0.0: disable bin wrappers for dev-only scripts
bin/setup and bin/console are Bundler scaffolding scripts, not public
executables. Set RUBY_FAKEGEM_BINWRAP="" to prevent file collisions.
