fix(gui-apps/caelestia-shell): package M3Shapes separately as dev-qt/m3shapes

Caelestia Shell 2.4.0 no longer builds M3Shapes through CMake FetchContent,
consuming it instead as an independent QML module pinned to upstream commit
32ad9ce328bb77ed349b40a3be10ee9ea610b8ab via flake.nix.

- Add dev-qt/m3shapes-1.0.0 ebuild installing its QML module under Gentoo's
Qt6 QML layout (/usr/lib64/qt6/qml/M3Shapes) using revision-safe $
distfile naming.
- Preserve historical gui-apps/caelestia-shell-2.4.0-r1.ebuild and all of its
Manifest distfile entries.
- Add gui-apps/caelestia-shell-2.4.0-r2.ebuild removing obsolete bundled
FetchContent workaround and depending on dev-qt/m3shapes.
- Update .github/workflows/caelestia-stack-update.yaml to read the M3Shapes pin
from upstream flake.nix, create revision bumps on pin changes, and regenerate
canonical metadata/md5-cache and metadata/md5-dict.
- Reimplement and wire tests/workflow_m3shapes_pin_test.sh in Workflow Checks.
- Generate canonical md5-cache and md5-dict metadata.
