dev-python/wxpython: add 4.3.2
4.3.2 bundles the wxWidgets 3.3.4 interface, so it requires
wxGTK 3.3.4 (4.3.1 stays on 3.3.3). Upstream generated its bindings
with SIP 6.17.1, which ::gentoo carries, so pin that instead of
6.12.0. The wxWidgets 3.3 fixes patch is upstream now; the glcanvas
patch is refreshed for the new context. The sdist carries no PyPI
provenance attestation, so PYPI_VERIFY_REPO is not set.

dev-python/wxpython: require wxGTK 3.3.3, revbump
wxPython 4.3.1 generates its bindings from the wxWidgets 3.3.3 sources
it bundles and declares AcceptsFocus() public for every window class.
wxWidgets 3.3.4 adds a protected override in wxRibbonBar, so the
compiler rejects the generated ribbon wrapper there, and the
open-ended dependency would let that release in. Upstream's master
branch still bundles 3.3.3.
Only the dependency changes; the build recipe is that of 4.3.1.

Twenty-six files imported from ::gentoo in August and September kept
its tab indentation, while the other 705 use two spaces, as Gentoo's
skel.metadata.xml does. Only leading whitespace changes; each file
parses to the same content.

XrayLarch 2026.3 requires wxPython 4.3, whose Phoenix bindings target wxWidgets 3.3.
Pin the upstream SIP generator version, backport current binding and test maintenance
for removed wxWidgets APIs, and declare Xvfb for the GUI test suite.
