dev-python/tempdir: drop dead bitbucket from HOMEPAGE/metadata
bitbucket.org/another_thomas/tempdir 404s — the upstream repo was
purged in bitbucket's mercurial sunset and there's no maintained
fork. PyPI is the only surviving artifact source, so leave that as
HOMEPAGE and remove the stale bitbucket remote-id from metadata.xml.
