fix(spandrel,comfyui,gaia): switch safetensors and transformers deps to ::gentoo

Use sci-ml/safetensors and sci-ml/transformers from ::gentoo instead of
overlay dev-python/ copies. Move transformers to PYTHON_SINGLE_USEDEP
since sci-ml/transformers uses python-single-r1.

feat(dev-python/spandrel): bump revision to 0.4.2-r2, add python3_14 support
feat(dev-python/kornia): bump revision to 0.8.2-r2, add python3_14 support

Phase 3: torch stack packages updated for Python 3.14.
PyTorch 2.9+ explicitly supports 3.14.

fix: kornia-0.8.2-r1, spandrel-0.4.2-r1 drop PYTHON_USEDEP from single-impl deps

sci-ml/pytorch and sci-ml/torchvision use python-single-r1
(python_single_target_*), not python-r1 (python_targets_*).
