dev-python/sasmodels: drop fictional ~x86 keyword

1.0.12's rdepend pulls dev-python/pyopencl and dev-python/siphash24
(and transitively dev-python/bumps, which as of the previous commit
in this series is also ~amd64 only). None of those are keyworded
~x86 in ::gentoo, so ~x86 was unsolvable. Drop it.

The remaining ~amd64 NonsolvableDepsInStable finding on pycuda is
a separate "real" bucket handled outside this keyword-trim pass.
