Rename no-clowntown eclasses
Our python-{single-,}any-no-clowntown eclasses were introduced to
replace python-{single-,}r1. However, the 'any' bit turned out to be
confusing given the apparent presence of python-any-{single-,} eclasses
used by some ebuilds.
Rename our eclasses by removing the 'any' part of the name, so that in
the future we can actually introduce wrappers for the upstream *any*
variants.

Enable support for Python 3.6 for dev-python/pyvenv-shared
This change adjusts the ebuild to enable support for Python version 3.6.
No changes to the actual code are necessary, only the ebuild requires
adjustment.

Fix problems arising from PORTAGE_TMPDIR for dev-python/pyvenv-shared
Installing on different systems the following problem was noticed:
the emerge process could fail depending on the value of the
PORTAGE_TMPDIR environment variable. This variable determines the
temporary directory that Portage uses and, hence, influences the
directory in which the emerge happens and the virtual environment we
create resides. The patch we apply, however, assumes an absolute path,
that corresponds to one particular value of PORTAGE_TMPDIR.
To fix this problem, the patch got adjusted to have a dummy path that
gets patched by the ebuild before applying the patch.

Add initial version of dev-python/pyvenv-shared ebuild
This change introduces the ebuild for the pyvenv-shared functionality.
It can be used to install the latest development snapshot of the module.
