dev-python/oss-harmony: new package
vllm 0.31.0 replaces openai-harmony with this fork (oss-harmony
>=0.0.11) and imports it unconditionally. The fork installs the same
openai_harmony module, so it blocks dev-python/openai-harmony, and it
compiles the tiktoken vocabularies in rather than fetching them at
runtime.
PyPI ships wheels only, so the ebuild builds the GitHub tag. cargo-audit
flags only pyo3 0.25.1 (RUSTSEC-2026-0176, RUSTSEC-2026-0177), whose
fixes need a breaking pyo3 upgrade upstream.
