Both install compiled extension modules; the QA notice from the first
build asked for it.

dev-python/kaldifst, dev-python/pyahocorasick: VoxCPM text-normaliser engines

Compiled extensions behind wetext/contractions, so system packages rather
than wheels; kaldifst builds its pinned OpenFST fork and pybind11 offline.
Also the check-updates entries for the four new dev-python packages.
