dev-python/font-roboto: add 0.0.1

Enviro+ requests the Roboto face through the Python fonts API when
rendering its LCD output.

Gentoo media-fonts/roboto cannot replace this package because it does
not publish the fonts_ttf entry point consumed by that API.
