Rename no-clowntown eclasses

Our python-{single-,}any-no-clowntown eclasses were introduced to
replace python-{single-,}r1. However, the 'any' bit turned out to be
confusing given the apparent presence of python-any-{single-,} eclasses
used by some ebuilds.
Rename our eclasses by removing the 'any' part of the name, so that in
the future we can actually introduce wrappers for the upstream *any*
variants.
