dev-python/enviroplus: add 1.0.2

Package the current Enviro+ and Enviro Mini library with its board
examples for amd64, arm, and arm64.

Add Pillow, Requests, and smbus2 for direct imports in the shipped
examples that upstream metadata omits. Preserve those examples
uncompressed; all 13 mocked gas and noise tests pass.
