Twenty-six files imported from ::gentoo in August and September kept
its tab indentation, while the other 705 use two spaces, as Gentoo's
skel.metadata.xml does. Only leading whitespace changes; each file
parses to the same content.

dev-python/astral: add 3.2
Enviro+ uses Astral to calculate daylight periods in its weather and
light example.
Keep freezegun test-only and redirect upstream pytest cache writes
into the Portage temporary directory. The full 334-test suite passes.
