dev-python/SciFiReaders: new package, add 0.12.7
Scientific file readers feeding sidpy datasets; the SciFiReaders
dependency of pyTEMlib. pillow is promoted from the upstream [image]
extra into core RDEPEND because the image reader imports PIL
unconditionally. Optional hyperspy/mcp/nsid/tiff backends are USE flags;
the igor2 reader backend is left out since igor2 is unpackaged and its
import is guarded. setuptools auto-discovery would install the examples/
tree as a stray top-level package, so the packages.find exclude is
widened. Network/igor2-gated test suite is restricted.
