Partially from-source ebuilds will follow at some point, but this will
do for now.

No added dep on git because as far as I can tell it isn't used unless
the user configures it explicitly, and if you want to do that you can
install it yourself.

Mark everything ~x86.

Not really tested, but
1) they almost certainly work
2) it's a bit silly to have some things ~x86 and not others,
especially since many of the ebuilds that are have been substantially
changed since they were tested on ~x86, and
3) we don't have to be as strict here as in the main tree.
