app-vim/bitbake-syntax: bump to 20250901
Update to upstream commit e75f8ea and migrate the ebuild from EAPI 6 to
EAPI 8. The src_prepare override is dropped so that vim-plugin.eclass can
export its own, which handles after/syntax file collisions.
