Phase E split-package bump from the TL2025 ebuild. date-bump only; upstream stable at 2.0.

Phase D2 split-package bump from ::gentoo's 2.0_p20240311. Upstream
ttf2pk2 version stable at 2.0 across TL years; rev'd only the TL
build date and source URL. Utah historic + flow's dev mirror added
as SRC_URI fallbacks. KEYWORDS narrowed to ~amd64.
