app-misc/shidashi: new package, add 0.1.0

Shidashi builds the Bentoo (Gentoo stage5) images and live ISOs from a
verified stage3 (https://github.com/obentoo/shidashi), a Python 3.14 CLI
built with hatchling.

- RDEPEND: sys-apps/systemd is hard (systemd-nspawn runs every stage and has
no standalone package), plus gnupg and git; USE iso pulls the ISO tools
(squashfs-tools, libisoburn, grub pc+efi-64, mtools), USE vm the VM test
ones (qemu, OVMF, ssh).
- variants/ and seeds/ are data the wheel does not carry: installed under
/usr/share/shidashi, with /etc/env.d/90shidashi pointing
SHIDASHI_VARIANTS_DIR and SHIDASHI_SEEDS_DIR at them.
- KEYWORDS ~amd64 only, justified in the ebuild: Shidashi runs amd64
stage3s in nspawn on the host and has only x86-64 arches.

Verified without root: pkgcheck (only the systemd NonsolvableDeps on
split-usr/musl profiles, by design, and PythonCompatUpdate for an untested
3.15); `ebuild ... install` into a PORTAGE_TMPDIR; the installed CLI run
from the image with the env.d values; 658 tests in the unpacked source.
Not merged into a live system (no root).
