app-misc/glow: Fix garbled build output

Run the glow binary 'man' and 'completion' subcommands without a controlling terminal
so that the terminal responses don't end up as garbled control codes emitted over
the build output and command prompt.

- licenses: properly separate and update the go module licenses so it's
easier to see which is for which
fixes:
- src_test: previously running test didn't do anything. It should be
fixed now, and ego test should run the proper tests

- man page installation
