fix(flutter-jules): declare gtk+:3[X,wayland] for prebuilt engine requirements

- Upstream prebuilt libflutter_linux_gtk.so links against both X11 and
Wayland GDK symbols (gdk_wayland_display_get_type,
gdk_x11_display_get_type, etc.).
- Drop -Wl,--allow-shlib-undefined from src_compile to preserve strict
unresolved symbol checking.
- Declare x11-libs/gtk+:3[X,wayland] so runtime loads succeed across
both display server environments.

- Remove app-misc/maid entirely per simplified scope.
- Use llvm-r2.eclass and $(llvm_gen_dep 'llvm-core/clang:$') in
BDEPEND for app-misc/flutter-jules, calling llvm-r2_pkg_setup to ensure
slotted Clang/clang++ binaries are in PATH for Flutter Linux CMake builds.
- Rename engine zip distfiles to $-flutter-linux-x64-* and format SRC_URI
without redundant backslashes, ensuring full compatibility with g2 manifest
parsing while keeping all lines within 80 columns.

fix(flutter-jules,maid): ensure clang++ is in PATH during Flutter compile

In Gentoo, llvm-core/clang installs binaries under /usr/lib/llvm/<slot>/bin
rather than /usr/bin. Prepend the installed LLVM bin directory to PATH during
src_compile so Flutter desktop CMake and native asset toolchains find clang++.

- Revert -r1 revision bump back to flutter-jules-0.0.98.ebuild and maid-1.3.1.ebuild
since these packages are new to the overlay and have not been merged to main.
- Correct blocker placement by isolating blockers to RDEPEND via COMMON_DEPEND,
resolving g2 lint weak blocker warnings.
- Keep all lines within 80 columns across ebuilds, avoiding long SRC_URI and
command invocations while preserving explicit protocol prefixes for g2 lint.
- Add Flutter 3.47 DialogThemeData compatibility patch for maid.
- Create build/native_assets/linux before build to prevent CMake install failure.
- Regenerate metadata/md5-dict and purge stale metadata/md5-cache entries.
