app-misc: add lmstudio-bin, native Cowork for claude-desktop-bin

claude-desktop-bin-2.110.0-r1: the official Linux build runs Cowork in a
local KVM guest. Add the cowork USE flag (qemu, virtiofsd, OVMF), symlink
/usr/share/OVMF to the edk2 firmware directory the app expects, declare the
dlopen()ed libraries and portal backends from the .deb control file, and add
the gnome USE flag for the search provider.

claude-cowork-service-bin: removed. Upstream is deprecated since the
official Linux beta, whose native backend no longer uses it.

lmstudio-bin-0.4.24.1: new package repackaging the official .deb, with the
bundled lms CLI on PATH and scripts/update-lmstudio.sh following the latest
download redirect. Upstream 0.4.24-1 maps to PV 0.4.24.1.

Both packages go to the private binrepo: their licenses forbid
redistribution.

app-misc/claude-desktop-bin: install official desktop file to fix claude:// login (-r1)

src_install looked for $.desktop (claude-desktop.desktop), which the
.deb never contains: Anthropic ships the entry as com.anthropic.Claude.desktop.
The lookup never matched, so it fell through to make_desktop_entry, whose
generated entry has no MimeType — leaving x-scheme-handler/claude unregistered
and breaking the browser's claude:// sign-in callback (xdg-open finds no
handler, sign-in never completes).

Install the upstream com.anthropic.Claude.desktop verbatim; it already carries
MimeType=x-scheme-handler/claude; (plus StartupWMClass, SingleMainWindow and
the New chat / New Code actions). The missing-file case now dies loudly instead
of silently shipping a handler-less entry.

Ports the fix from NoBodyZ/nbdy_overlay#3 forward onto the current 1.21459.0
(the PR targeted the now-superseded 1.20186.9). Revbumped to -r1 so existing
installs rebuild and pick up the corrected entry. Thin Manifest unchanged.

Anthropic now publishes a first-party .deb via their APT repository
(downloads.claude.ai/claude-desktop/apt/stable). Replace the third-party
patrickjaja repackage with the official source. The updater previously
compared against the Windows release feed and searched the third-party
repo for a matching tag, which no longer resolved. Track the official
apt Packages index instead.

Upstream 1.3109.0 renamed the bundled Electron binary from 'electron'
to 'com.anthropic.claude-desktop' so Wayland app_id / X11 WM_CLASS match
the .desktop StartupWMClass. The wrapper still exec'd $INSTALL_DIR/electron,
making the package unusable out of the box.

- Detect the renamed binary with a fallback to 'electron' for older payloads.
- Pick up the renamed upstream .desktop (com.anthropic.claude-desktop.desktop),
preserving StartupWMClass and the claude:// MimeType handler; drop the sed
rewrites since upstream Exec=claude-desktop %u already matches our wrapper.
