app-misc/claude-desktop-bin: switch upstream to patrickjaja, bump to 1.1.6041

Switch from stale leobuskin/unofficial-claude-desktop-linux (stuck at 1.1.3363)
to actively maintained patrickjaja/claude-desktop-bin. Update script now queries
Anthropic version API as primary source with GitHub fallback, and handles
upstream pkgrel in release tags.

fix(claude-desktop-bin): correct install paths from .deb structure

The .deb places files in usr/lib/claude-desktop/, not opt/claude-desktop/.
Adapted wrapper script from upstream with Wayland and proxy support.
Fixed chrome-sandbox path under node_modules/electron/dist/.

- Binary .deb package via unpacker eclass
- Installs to /opt/claude-desktop/ with desktop integration
- Auto-update script (scripts/update-claude-desktop.sh)
- Added to packages.json for binhost index
