fix(app-metrics/systemd_exporter): deps tarball unpacks into S

The deps tarball now uses the gentoo-golang-dist layout ($/vendor/
instead of root vendor/) so the go-module eclass finds $/vendor at
unpack time and skips 'ego mod verify' — which needs network and fails
in the sandboxed build environment. Drops the now-unneeded
src_prepare vendor move. Regenerates the deps tarball and Manifest.
