- Sign Manifest
- Fix bashisms in init script
- Enable "pie" build option
- Fix shellcheck false positives
- Make use of $QA_PRESTRIPPED instead of RESTRICT="strip"
- Change user/group name "nginx_vts_exporter" to
"nginx-vts-exporter"
