Big cleanup and some updates

* remove many unmaintained libyal packages
* update app-forensics/hindsight
* remove old firefox and related
* remove eclasses
* sync virtuals (that support static-libs) to vanilla
* bits and pieces to make repoman happier

metadata/layout.conf: syncing with Gentoo oficial
