wine-cachyos: add abi_x86_32/abi_x86_64 USE flags for multilib RDEPEND
Align with wine-ge by exposing multilib USE flags to control 32-bit
library dependencies. Adds REQUIRED_USE and conditional abi_x86_32
RDEPEND block for glib, alsa, fontconfig, freetype, libglvnd, vulkan,
libX11, and libXext.

Include Manifest files in repository
- Remove Manifest from .gitignore
- Add all package Manifests for proper overlay sync
