The applier re-enabled three records that were pinned OFF and resurrected
the packages behind them. All three live in ::gentoo, which is why they
were dropped here in the first place, and two came back unfetchable:

sci-ml/ollama-0.34.0 Manifest carried ollama-0.33.3-deps.tar.xz's
size and hashes under the 0.34.0 name, and
LLAMA_CPP_tag was still 0.33.3's b10760
app-admin/calamares-3.4.3 same rename-without-recompute, this time on
calamares-3.4.2b-gentoo-patches.patch
sys-power/upower-1.91.4 fetchable, but byte-identical to ::gentoo's
1.91.3 ebuild: a duplicate, not a divergence

Only the ollama record tripped check-autoupdate-damage.sh, because it is
the one carrying a bare `enabled = false`. The other two also wore
`disabled_by = "auto"`, which the check reads as "the package came back
on purpose" -- true when a human re-adds it, false here. Restored all
three records verbatim from HEAD and dropped the three package
directories again.

Also dropped the eleven md5-cache entries this bump orphaned; 51 older
ones remain from earlier commits and are untouched here.
