fix(dev-util/vulkan-tools, sys-apps/flatpak): two build/test breakages ::gentoo already patches, del(4 orphan patches), mod(8 ebuilds): tag the last PATCHES rows - ALIGN reaches zero

The last thirteen open findings: the eleven remaining PATCHES rows and the two
UNDOCUMENTED ones. With these the sweep reports 222 rows, ALL JUSTIFIED, and
exits 0 for the first time.

TWO REAL BREAKAGES.

dev-util/vulkan-tools is missing #include <ctime> in vulkaninfo.cpp and fails
to build against libc++ 23. The timing is the whole story and was measured
against the GitHub API, not guessed: EGIT_COMMIT here is 532e2c0e from
2026-09-04T02:24Z, and upstream's fix 462d9819 landed at 18:35Z the SAME DAY -
sixteen hours later. The snapshot missed it by one working day. The patch
carries a delete-me note naming the commit that obsoletes it, so eapply will
fail loudly at the next bump rather than rot silently.

sys-apps/flatpak, both ebuilds: tests/make-test-runtime.sh copies
/usr/lib/locale/C.* with no guard, so building the test runtime dies where that
glob matches nothing. ::gentoo adds "|| true"; checked both 1.18.2 and 1.19.0
tarballs and neither has it.

Both patches were renamed version-agnostic on the way in, which promptly created
three fresh UNDOCUMENTED rows - the comparator sees a different filename on each
side and cannot know the content matches. Tagged as such. Worth remembering:
copying a patch from ::gentoo does not close a PATCHES row, it changes what the
row says.

FOUR ORPHAN PATCHES DELETED, which is what the two UNDOCUMENTED rows were.
tdesktop-6.9.3-{no-dispatch,qt6-no-wayland,use-pkgconfig-for-cmark-gfm}.patch
and nodejs-24.11.1-gcc15-ppc.patch: no ebuild references any of them, and the
versions they name are long gone (telegram-desktop is at 7.2.5, nodejs at 24.20
and 26.8). They are recoverable from git if that judgement was wrong.

EIGHT TAGS, each measured by reverse-applying ::gentoo's patch against the
tarball this overlay actually ships:

liborcus, gn, networkmanager-openvpn reverse-apply cleanly - upstream took
the change, ::gentoo's is a backport
bleachbit upstream went FURTHER: 6.0.3's locale
regex also accepts three-digit region
codes the Gentoo patch does not

TWO OF THE EIGHT LEAVE SOMETHING OPEN, and say so in the tag rather than
implying it is settled:

sentry-native ::gentoo's no-fuzz-test patch does NOT apply - hunk 2 fails
against 0.16.5. So sentry_fuzz_json is still built and
registered under USE=test here, and their reason for disabling
it stands. Rebasing the patch is the fix.
xdg-desktop-portal their sandbox-disable-failing-tests patch does not apply
either, both hunks failing against 1.22.1. test_dynamiclauncher
.py and test_location.py are still listed and still want
pipewire, network and /dev/fuse. Their optional-gstreamer patch
is a different matter and must stay absent - it invents a USE
flag upstream does not have.

Verified. pkgcheck against a worktree at 6abe6fb56 is identical on all twelve
packages touched. Tarballs came from DISTDIR where cached and from upstream
otherwise - gitlab.com, github.com, download.gnome.org, distfiles.obentoo.org.
--self-test 24/24, shellcheck -S warning clean.

A20 re-measured 224 -> 222 with a note on what changes now: until today a rising
ALIGN count was ordinary, and from here any ALIGN at all is a NEW divergence
that arrived after 2026-09-07. The sweep is finally usable as a gate.

Four md5-cache orphans went with the egencache run: vim-core-9.2.1036,
bleachbit-6.0.2 and flatpak-1.18.1, none with an ebuild since earlier bumps.

mod(sys-firmware/edk2, net-libs/libqmi, app-editors/{vim,zed}, app-office/libreoffice, +10): apply the approved parity remediation

Second pass over the 2026-09-04 audit, after the items that block or verify.
Each one was re-measured against the tree as it stands today rather than taken
from the report, and three of them came out differently for it.

SECURITY, and the one judgement call in the set:

sys-firmware/edk2 -> openssl 3.5.8 (revbump to -r2). We are deliberately NOT
faithful to edk2-stable202608's submodule pin (8cf17aae = 3.5.7) here, which is
the unusual direction for this overlay, so the ebuild carries the reasoning: the
library is linked statically into firmware with no host update path, and 3.5.8
fixes ten CVEs including CVE-2026-63072, an 8-byte OOB heap write in CMS
AES-WRAP-PAD. Diverging from a submodule SHA is reversible at any bump; an
unfixed CVE in flashed firmware is not. ::gentoo made the same call.

SILENT CORRECTNESS:

net-libs/libqmi declared SLOT="0/5.11" while installing libqmi-glib.so.5.12.0
(measured in VDB CONTENTS). A subslot that does not match its library disables
the rebuild it exists to trigger. Revbumped to -r1, because correcting the value
alone only changes what FUTURE consumers record.

app-editors/zed gained sys-apps/xdg-desktop-portal, which it never had: ashpd is
used from both gpui backends (x11/client.rs and wayland/client.rs), so file
dialogs and screen capture failed at runtime, not at build. ::gentoo has it.

dev-util/glslang gained the multilib_src_test skip for bug #977176. We keyword
~arm without the skip that makes ~arm testable.

app-office/libreoffice: --disable-gtk3 sat 44 lines above $(use_enable gtk3),
contradicting IUSE="+gtk3". It works today only because autoconf honours the
last flag, so a reordering breaks it silently -- removed.
--enable-skia-vulkan-validation was passed unconditionally inside
--enable-release-build; that is SK_ENABLE_VK_LAYERS=1, debug instrumentation, so
it is now gated on USE=debug. Plus the two missing := subslots.

app-editors/vim: restore five of the six patches in ::gentoo's vim-patches
snapshot, which this overlay had been dropping on every bump. Measured, not
assumed -- each verified with portage's own patch flags against the 9.2.1036
tarball. 002_all_vim-7.3-apache is deliberately excluded and tagged: it fails
with 2 hunks because upstream rewrote the block, and it costs syntax
highlighting for two Gentoo-specific config paths. ::gentoo has not hit this yet
(its newest vim is 9.1.1652, where it still applies).

ARCH COVERAGE, against the overlay's own "restricting to ~amd64 needs a
justification" rule. All widened to ~arch only -- our versions are newer than
::gentoo's, so nothing enters stable: dev-lang/lua (1 arch -> 16),
media-plugins/frei0r-plugins (2 -> 9), app-emulation/qemu (2 -> 8),
net-analyzer/netdata (1 -> 5), dev-util/mesa_clc (+~riscv).

dev-util/spirv-headers is the one with a measured failure behind it, and the
audit had it backwards. It is not behind ::gentoo -- it is byte-identical to
their 9999. The defect is INTERNAL: our spirv-tools carries 13 arches and our
spirv-headers 8, so the consumer cannot resolve its header on ~mips (48
profiles) and ~alpha (82). Widened to match the consumer; pkgcheck
NonsolvableDeps for the pair goes to zero.

STALE FLOORS: media-libs/mesa RUST_MIN_VER 1.82.0 -> 1.85.0 (::gentoo raised it
at 26.2.1); net-misc/modemmanager was LOWERING the tree-wide
gobject-introspection floor to 1.38.

WHERE THE REPORT WAS WRONG:

media-gfx/imagemagick "lost verify-sig" is not remediable and the ebuild now
says why, with evidence. The old comment claimed upstream signs only the latest
release; it does not sign that either -- 7.1.2-31 IS the newest and both the
tarball and its .asc are 404 on all three mirror://imagemagick hosts, as are
-30, -29, -28 and -25. ::gentoo's copy works because Gentoo mirrors distfiles on
its own infrastructure. Adopting their SRC_URI would trade a working fetch for a
signature we cannot obtain, so the divergence is documented with the two
conditions that would reverse it.

The vim finding was five patches, not four. The spirv-headers finding pointed at
the wrong tree.

Also drops app-editors/vim-core/files/{vimrc-r7,xxd-completion}, orphaned -- no
ebuild in the overlay references either.

Verification: pkgcheck one target at a time with --cache=-git over all 16
packages. What remains is pre-existing or inherited and was checked as such:
app-editors/zed DeprecatedEclass llvm-r1 (::gentoo's zed uses it too),
app-office/libreoffice NonsolvableDeps on media-libs/libeot (no ~arm in
::gentoo). egencache with an explicit filter; it also pruned 101 orphan cache
entries, and no live ebuild lost its entry. No build was merged -- this host has
no sudo.

app-office/libreoffice-l10n is NOT in this commit. The new digest axis found all
180 of its 26.2.6.1 distfiles missing from the Manifest; regenerating it is a
separate change and a large download.

Remove versoes antigas superadas, mantendo um ebuild por pacote. Em todos os
casos a versao removida nao esta instalada em lugar nenhum e a sucessora ja e
a corrente.

Casos com justificativa propria:
- sys-apps/fwupd-2.1.5 ja esta em ::gentoo, entao o overlay nao precisa
carregar. O 2.1.7 permanece por causa do .asc upstream invalido.
- media-plugins/gst-plugins-mpeg2dec-1.26.11 era o unico dos 86 pacotes
gstreamer do overlay fora da serie 1.29.2 — residuo isolado, nao serie
paralela.
- sci-ml/llama-cpp acumulava 3 snapshots orfaos (0_pre10019/10057/10085)
alem do 0_pre10202 corrente.

Nao removidos por coexistencia legitima: net-libs/webkit-gtk (SLOTs 4.1/0 e
6/0, ambos instalados) e app-editors/zed-bin (politica estavel + _pre).
app-office/libreoffice{,-l10n} fica para um commit proprio: e problema de
versionamento, nao de versao antiga.

Verificado: nenhum ebuild do overlay declara dependencia versionada nos
pacotes tocados; nenhum patch orfao em files/; pkgcheck exit 0 com os 11
pacotes (o UnknownLicense de app-editors/cursor e pre-existente, presente
tambem na versao mantida).
