add(app-editors/delta-bin-0.20.0, licenses/Delta-EAA, metadata/md5-cache/app-editors/delta-bin-0.20.0), mod(.autoupdate/packages.toml, metadata/md5-cache/dev-util/claude-agent-acp-{plus-0.30.0,tui-0.16.0})

Delta, the proprietary AI-native editor from Zed Industries, as the
official Linux x64 binary. The CLI is installed as delta-bin because
/usr/bin/delta belongs to dev-util/git-delta; the wrapper sets
DELTA_UPDATE_EXPLANATION so the in-app updater leaves /opt alone.

Also adds the md5-cache entries the two claude-agent-acp bumps left
untracked.
