ChangeLog

commit e1adb6b9f27f047f921f82ac8898c408a90a8768
Author: lucascouts <lucascs@protonmail.com>

app-accessibility/espeak-ng: 1.52.0_p20250712 -- temporary mirror for calibre[piper]

calibre's neural Read aloud engine (Piper voices, and the Kokoro voices
added in 9.16) calls espeak_TextToPhonemesWithTerminator(), which no
espeak-ng release has: ::gentoo's newest is 1.52.0 (2024-12). This is the
commit calibre itself pins in bypy/sources.json (a4ca101c, 2025-07-12),
built from ::gentoo's 9999 ebuild, whose *_p* branch already existed.

On top of it:
- backport upstream 35524b3 + 6c3ba4e: at a4ca101c the CMake build installs
espeak-ng.pc to /usr/lib/pkgconfig with libdir=/usr/lib, so pkg-config
stops finding espeak-ng on lib64 for every reverse dependency;
- keep the espeak/speak/speak-ng names 1.52.0 installs, since this
replaces that release for everyone (same soname, libespeak-ng.so.1);
- skip the SSML <audio> hash test, broken by an upstream out-of-bounds
read in LoadSoundFile() (PR #2465), a path calibre does not use;
- loong? ( !sonic ): media-libs/sonic has no ~loong.

Verified: 19/19 tests, image installed into a private PORTAGE_TMPDIR (no
merge, no root). The autoupdate record is held; the removal signal is
gentoo-parity.sh once ::gentoo moves past this PV.
