acct-user/lemonade: new user
User for the lemonade local AI server. The upstream lemond.service
(system unit) runs as User=lemonade with a /var/lib/lemonade state
directory; without this account the unit has no user to start as.
sci-ml/lemonade pulls it unconditionally (matching sci-ml/ollama) so
toggling USE=systemd off cannot orphan the account or its state dir; the
OpenRC service ignores it and runs as an admin-chosen LEMONADE_USER.
