net-vpn/zeronet: Fix #81.

This commit resolves a variety of outstanding issues with ZeroNet
ebuilds, including:

* #81, graciously reported by @kcgthb. Thanks a standard metric ton!
"python-single-r1.eclass" has been fundamentally refactored, breaking
compatibility with all existing ebuilds based on this eclass. This
commit resolves this breakage in the expected way.
* GLEP 081, replacing the obsolete "user.eclass" with the newly
compliant "acct-user.eclass" and "acct-group.eclass". Naturally, doing
so has also necessitated the creation of corresponding
"acct-user/zeronet" and "acct-group/zeronet" packages.
* Obsolete ebuilds, which have now been summarily offed.

Due to the relative significance of these changes, both the stable and
live ebuilds have been bumped by a new patch version.
